Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst

Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst Nuventive is currently looking for a Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst. Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter to Scott Bush at sbush@nuventive.com.

The Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst will begin part-time work with Nuventive focusing on Customer Support and product testing. Candidate could become full-time after 90 day probation period (or sooner).

Responsibilities include:

  • Phone and email support
  • Support of in-office Nuventive Employees
  • Testing of all Nuventive products
  • Documentation of bugs and software enhancement requests
  • Software installations

Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must have a BA/BS in a computer related field.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (preferred, not required).
  • Experience with MS Office Products.
  • Experience with SharePoint/Office 365 (preferred, not required).
