Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst
Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst Nuventive is currently looking for a Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst. Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter to Scott Bush at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Jr. Support Analyst / QA Analyst will begin part-time work with Nuventive focusing on Customer Support and product testing. Candidate could become full-time after 90 day probation period (or sooner).
- Phone and email support
- Support of in-office Nuventive Employees
- Testing of all Nuventive products
- Documentation of bugs and software enhancement requests
- Software installations
Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Candidate must have a BA/BS in a computer related field.
- Working knowledge of SQL (preferred, not required).
- Experience with MS Office Products.
- Experience with SharePoint/Office 365 (preferred, not required).
